Vawdrey Australia has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as Spare Parts Assistant/Storeperson at the Larapinta facility. This role will be responsible for:

General duties;

Receive and label automotive parts

Unloading and loading vehicles

Perform picking, packing, labelling and putting away of stock;

Unpacking goods and restocking

Handling counter sales

Inventory checks and stocktake

Manual handling (lifting up to 25kg);

Maintain a safe and clean working environment;

Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures

To succeed in this role you will have:

Excellent communication skills;

Awareness of OH&S practices within a warehouse environment'

Good computer skills'

Valid Drivers Licence

Current Forklift Licence desirable;

Mechanical experience an advantage, however not essential;

Background in a warehouse and retail automotive spare parts franchise is highly desirable
