Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate! Job Responsibilities:

• Objective of encouraging repeat business and attracting new business by reputation, utilising sales/marketing material to enhance sales and introduce new products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer experience in terms of responsiveness, efficiency, quality of service and accuracy of supply.
• Continuously monitor and review all aspects of job performance and implement appropriate changes that improve the overall customer experience.
• Ensure that all customers are highly “referenceable”.
• Obtain feedback from the customer on an ongoing basis in a systematic manner, to analyse this feedback, and implement corrective action where possible, and where not possible to refer this analysis to senior management.
• When potential new business at customers is identified, leads must be passed onto the Account Manager for that customer.
• Ensure that all product(s), including packaging and freighting, is presented in a professional manner
