Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• Contribute to a positive working environment.

What you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a fine dining restaurant
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
• An affable, conscientious and enthusiastic approach
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Curiosity and a desire to expand your knowledge
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
