As a part-time Guest Service Agent, you'll work with an experienced team that supports each other through busy shifts and celebrates the wins together.

This opportunity is a dual role across our front desk & reservations teams.

Beyond the front office, you'll have opportunities to cross-train across Conferencing & Events and Sales, building skills for your hospitality career.

About You

Previous experience in the hotel industry, ideally within Front Office or Reservations

Organised, dependable, and confident, working independently or in a team

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences

Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude

Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage.

Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

Greet guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide clear information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Respond to reservations enquiries via email and phone

Update guest information, including profile notes, chargebacks and payment information.

Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy standards.

Contribute to revenue and upselling opportunities in both Front Office & Reservations

Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
