Maintenance Electrician

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: $54 - $58/hr + 20% Loading + Super + OT

A leading food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Night Shift Maintenance Electrician to join their dynamic team. You will be working on fully automated food manufacturing and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance on food production and packaging machinery.
• Support production teams with fault-finding, diagnostics, and electrical maintenance.
• Work with instrumentation, control systems, and automation to optimise plant reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and site-wide safety standards
• Working closely with electricians, maintenance fitters, trade assistants, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Electrical Trade Qualification and License (Essential).
• Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience working in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
