About the role

We are is seeking a casual Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our team. As a Housekeeper / Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our hotel is known for, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and restocking supplies

Cleaning and sanitising public areas such as the lobby, hallways, and common spaces

Assisting with the laundry, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels

Adhering to all health and safety protocols and procedures

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting

Minimum of 1+ years of hospitality housekeeping experience required

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness

Strong time management and organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Availability to work day shifts as required
