About the role

Rachel Sparkles Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Cleaner to join our team based in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients, ensuring a safe, hygienic and well-maintained environment.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of assigned areas, including restrooms, kitchens and common spaces

Adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols

Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner to management

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar cleaning role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and products

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation

Must hold a full driver's licence

Must have Australian work rights
