About the role

Firmstones Flooring Specialists' are seeking an experienced epoxy flooring, concrete grinding and concrete polishing specialist to join our growing team in Sydney. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a respected industry leader in the building trades sector. Our works spans new construction and remedial projects, specializing in substrate preperation ,concrete repairs, and various coating installations. We are based in Seven Hills NSW complete projects across Sydney metro and Regional areas. With our growth, we are now seeking dedicated individuals to join our team.

What you'll be doing

Prepare concrete surfaces for epoxy coating application using grinding and polishing techniques

Apply epoxy flooring coatings to a high standard, ensuring a seamless and durable finish

Troubleshoot and rectify any issues that may arise during the application process

Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members

Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure the timely completion of all assigned tasks

What we're looking for

Proven experience in epoxy flooring, concrete grinding and concrete polishing, ideally within the construction or building trades industry

Excellent knowledge of surface preparation techniques and epoxy coating application methods

Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, consistent results

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members

A valid driver's License and able to and reliable transportation to access job sites

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
