🔨 About the Role

You’ll be an integral part of our crew delivering high-quality concreting projects across Maitland and surrounding areas. Your day-to-day work will include:

Reading & interpreting plans & structural drawings

Setting out & Formwork setup

Steel fixing and reinforcement installation

Placing, finishing, and detailing concrete

Site preparation and general concreting tasks

✅ What We’re Looking For

We want someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and works well as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in all aspects of concreting

Strong understanding of formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement

Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

White Card and relevant tickets/licences

⭐ Desirable Skills & Qualifications

While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:

Previous Leading Hand or Site Supervisor experience

Excavation experience or machine operation skills

A valid HR driver’s license
