This role is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen Roadhouse Digital’s presence in Melbourne’s software community and aid startups as they begin their journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of software projects to clients with an agile approach

Ensure project falls within the planned schedule and cost

Coordinate cross project teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables across all workstreams

Track and report project progress

Manage project scope, quality assurance, and deliverables

Define project-oriented approaches that exemplify execution

Chair meetings with clients

Required Skills and Experience

Previous experience in managing client-facing software projects

Demonstrate capabilities in defining and managing scope and deliverables; client and stakeholder management; risk identification and mitigation; resource management; and scheduling

A demonstrable track record of coordinating business analysts, designers, and software engineers to deliver project value

Strong background in digital platforms, customer experience tools, or enterprise applications

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

A highly organised and resilient approach, with a focus on achieving outcomes

Ability to use online tools to plan and manage projects; experience in Jira is highly regarded
