About You
You will bring demonstrated experience in providing executive-level administrative support within a dynamic environment. Your ability to exercise discretion, prioritise competing demands, and maintain attention to detail will be critical to success in this role. Highly developed ICT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Your Responsibilities
As the Executive Services Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide efficient, confidential, and proactive executive support to the Principal by managing complex diaries, appointments, travel, and meeting arrangements.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas, minutes, correspondence, and reports.
- Support the organisation of school and community functions, events, and conferences.
- Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and records management processes.
- Liaise professionally with staff, parents, departmental officers, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee Workplace Health and Safety procedures.
