We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse (RN or EN) to join our friendly and supportive general practice team.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in a primary care setting and making a real difference to patients' health outcomes. The role will include:

Chronic disease management (care plans, health assessments, reviews)

Immunisations (childhood, adult & travel vaccines)

Wound care and dressings

ECGs, spirometry, ear syringing and other clinical procedures

Iron infusions and minor assistance with GP procedures

Preventative health & patient education

Supporting GPs with daily patient care

About You:

Current AHPRA registration (RN/EN)

Previous general practice experience highly regarded (but not essential)

Minimum of 6 months general practice nursing experience preferred

Immunisation certificate (or willingness to complete)

Excellent communication, teamwork and patient care skills

Strong organisational and computer skills (Best Practice experience desirable)
