About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Studio Supervisor to join the vibrant crew at @pilates Subiaco! This is a part-time role (with potential to be full-time) where you’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team in the booming health & wellness industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee the daily flow of our 24/7 Pilates studio, keeping everything running smoothly and our members smiling

Be the friendly face that helps members with enquiries, bookings, and payments

Support members in-studio with technology (iPads, headphones, apps), and keep an eye on their form and experience

Run engaging new member inductions to help them feel confident and excited

Ensure the studio remains a clean, safe, and welcoming space at all times

Jump in on marketing and promotion efforts to spread the @pilates 24/7 magic

What We're Looking For

A people person with a genuine love for helping others

Great problem-solving skills and a calm, can-do attitude

Top-tier communication and organisation abilities

Someone who’s proactive, reliable, and is self efficient in an independent role

Previous customer service experience is a big plus!
