Tuck Plumbing Fixtures is a well-established and leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located in Osborne Park we are seeking a Full Time or Part Time dynamic Sales Consultant to join our family orientated business.
What you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
Customer Experience: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every customer and ensure their visit to the showroom feels both enjoyable and worthwhile. Most interactions will be face-to-face in the showroom, with some enquiries by phone or email. You'll take the time to engage with customers, listen carefully to their needs, and guide them through our range of products. By building genuine trust, asking the right questions, and explaining how our product suits their needs, you'll help customers feel confident and excited about their purchase decisions.
Order Processing: Handle the end-to-end process of customer orders, including checking stock availability, processing transactions, and ensuring all order details are recorded accurately.
Showroom Display & Presentation: Work with the team to style and curate displays that highlight how it could look in their homes. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom that inspires customers and makes it easy to explore.
Assist with Goods Inwards and Outwards when necessary.
As the role involves some lifting and moving products, you also need to be physically capable of manual handling with occupational health and safety requirements.

To be considered for this role you will have:
Experience in either Retail Showroom, Hospitality, Sales or Customer service (experience selling Plumbing, Tiles, furniture, homewares, or other industry-related products is great but not essential).
A people's person, with a positive attitude.
Genuine interest in Interiors.
Computer skills including Microsoft Suite, CRM System, POS System will be an Advantage.
Interior Design Skills would be Advantageous.
Social Media Skills would be a Bonus.
Available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and Must be able to work on Saturday 9am-1pm (or part-time equivalent).
Have Unrestricted working rights in Australia and availability for long-term employment.
