Who is this role for?

You’re a physio at least 2+ years of hands‑on musculoskeletal or rehab experience. You enjoy autonomy, yet value flexibility—so splitting your time between our Keysborough medical clinic (where you run alongside a team of GP's) and our Balwyn clinic (with a gym, reformers, Pilates/rehab classes, and fellow physios around) excites you.

You’re not motivated by KPIs—but by results. You run a full, meaningful caseload of clients who see real progress under your care. You believe in blending hands‑on therapy with intelligent exercise progression, and it shows: your clients come back, tell their friends, and trust you deeply.

You’re someone who truly cares about your patients, builds strong relationships, and enjoys the long game of health and recovery. You’re organised, solutions‑oriented, positive, and always looking to grow—in skill, impact, and responsibility.

About Us

We have a warm and welcoming team who work hard and are passionate about providing the highest level of care and results for our client. We provide physiotherapy, clinical Pilates, myotherapy, ONERO, GLA:D and have an in-house podiatrist we refer to as well. In addition, we have a beautiful modern clinic with gait scan technology, AxIT diagnostic strength assessment tool, and a fully equipped 100sqm gym including squat racks, cable machines, Pilates reformers and trap table.
