Lifeline WA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Governance Officer to join our Business Support team. This role works closely with the CEO and Executive team to ensure robust governance systems and practices are embedded across the organisation. You will play a key role in supporting strategic governance initiatives, risk management, and executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the review of key governance initiatives, including risk management and business continuity frameworks.
Coordinate the review of strategic and corporate policies, contributing to continuous improvement of governance systems and processes.
Assist in ensuring that the requirements and practice of governance and the risk management framework is embedded throughout the organisation.
Provide administrative support to governance meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers, and drafting minutes for review.
Provide EA support to the Executive team, including assisting in ad hoc projects.
