Grand Cru Wineshop & Cellar is Western Australia's oldest family-owned wine business. With five stores across Perth, Grand Cru has built a proud reputation for our expert knowledge, great value and welcoming atmosphere, making every visit a memorable experience for our customers.

Our store in Ardross is currently on the lookout for a Store Manager who shares that passion, is organised, confident in communication, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

What we're looking for:

Previous liquor retail management experience

A keen interest in wine and the liquor industry

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Comfortable working in all areas of the store with a practical, hands-on attitude

A customer-first mindset with the ability to upsell and grow the business

Experience with H&L would be an advantage

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day store operations

Stock control, ordering and invoicing

Leading a small team and setting high service standards

Ensuring a clean, well-presented, and welcoming store environment

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
