Haven Early Learning is highly regarded in the Rowville community with a culture of kindness, professionalism, care and education.

We are seeking new team members to join our growing service and team.

Depending on the right candidate we are open to a permanent part time (up to 37.5) position or casual employee (at least 3 days a week). We would then love for employment to continue into 2026 as a permanent staff member placed in consistent room/ age group.

The successful educator will…

Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Have at least 1+ years experience working within a long day care setting

Have a current employee WWCC, Child Protection Training, First Aid and CPR Training.

Be flexible to work within the hours of 6:30am-6.30pm.

Be an experienced and passionate advocate for the early education sector. You will always promote child safety and wellbeing.

Be able to support the team, children and families in all aspects of the day, including strong communication skills.

Be reliable, dedicated and bring your individual passions!

The Haven Difference

At Haven all rooms are rostered above ratio with breaks and ratio always being maintained. All rooms are staffed with permanent educators with separated outdoor spaces. All educators receive off the floor programming time and realistic planning expectations.
