Store person – Join the Team at Volare Tiles & Flooring (North Geelong)

Volare Tiles & Flooring is a well-established and growing retail distribution company in the tile and flooring industry. With a Distribution Centre in North Geelong and showrooms in North Geelong and Richmond, we're proud of our strong reputation and dedicated team.

We're currently looking for a Store person to join our warehouse team. If you're reliable, physically fit, and enjoy hands-on work in a practical, down-to-earth environment, this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking and packing customer orders

Dispatching stock and preparing deliveries

Unloading and counting incoming stock

Operating a forklift to move and organise stock (forklift licence required)

Performing general warehouse housekeeping

Occasionally delivering orders to clients (manual licence required)

What We're Looking For

A current forklift licence

A current manual driver's licence

A current medium rigid licence

Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting

A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills

Awareness of OH&S and commitment to safe work practices

Ability to read and understand instructions in English

Australian work authorisation required

Minimum 6 months warehouse/storeperson experience required

The Role

Full-time, Monday to Friday (38–46 hours/week)

Occasional Saturday work may be required

Immediate start available
