Fetch Recruitment are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a key client based in WA.

About the role:

• Assist site personnel in the development of operational procedures and work instructions with ongoing reviews on how effective the implentation is
• Assist with the development of safe work procedures
• Assist HR team with identifying any training needs
• Implementation of the training and education programs of employees on the HSE systems and procedures of the business
• Assist with the coordination of VOC Processes
• Ensure all HSE information is communicated at each pre start meeting
• Completing of internal audits in accordance with schedule
• Assist in compiling monthly reporting requirements
• Ensure ongoing compliance of staff with the companies Safe Work Procedures (SWP's)
• Enter all incident details into the company platform
• Provide the site with leadership and assistance in the development of a safety culture and environment which is consistent across all safety-critical functions.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role on a mine site
• ICAM Trained with experience in conductiong ICAM and RCA investigations
• Experience with audit conduction
• Competent with a computer and using microsoft
• HAZOP Process experience
• Ability to work independantly
• Experience in developing and providing safety training
• HSE Qualifications
• TAE (Desirable)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
• Must have a valid drivers licence

• Great attitude
