We currently assist multiple NDIS Providers in Queensland from the Gold Coast to Townsville, who are looking for staffing solutions within their business. We aim to provide outstanding service not only to our clients but to our employees as well.

Even if you have just started your journey as a Support Worker we would love to hear from you, as we can help you gain experience in the field through our NDIS Clients.

With over 30+ SIL locations to support, we currentlyn have positions available at:

BRISBANE SOUTH - Inala, Pallara, Wynnum and Capalaba.

BRISBANE NORTH - Arana Hills, Albany Creek and Chermside

MORETON BAY - Morayfield, Redcliffe and Burpengary.

GOLD COAST - Main Beach & Pimpama.

IPSWICH - Redbank Plains, Flinders View, Leichardt, One Mile, Rothwell, Goodna,

LOGAN - Belivah, Logan Reserve / Central and Bethania

Must have Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability. Applicants who have or are in the process of obtaining qualifications in this or a related field of study are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience of two years or more, supporting and caring for participants with mental health and behavioural challenges, will be highly regarded.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance.

Current First Aid + CPR certificate.

Blue Card, Yellow Card.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compassion, patience, and respect shown to clients at all times is a must.

Tasks & responsibilities

Assisting with personal care, such as daily hygiene, getting dressed and assisting with any dispensation of medicines.

Helping with household chores, such as cooking, laundry and cleaning.

Taking clients grocery shopping, medical appointments or sporting and social events.

Provide emotional support and be able to listen and empathise with the client.

Accurate shift notes and records kept on the client and passed onto team members as required.

Benefits

Immediate starts available with client training and buddy shifts.

Remuneration varies by participant, but is generally MA00100, SACS 1.3 - SACS 2.1

Rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday, up to two weeks in advance.

On Call rostering for one day per fortnight.

Opportunity for additional hours at the above mentioned sites and other sites within our network.

Placement opportunites that are as close to your local area as possible. Non Peak - Drive times of up to 30 minutes maximum.

Up to 72 hours per fortnight.

Set Shifts times are 1) 6am - 2pm 2) 2pm to 10pm 3) 2pm - 10pm with a inactive sleepover then 6am to 2pm (16 hours in a 24 hour period) 4) Active Sleepover 10pm - 6am

CAS shifts are varied and will attract a broken shift allowance where applicable.
