The Role

We are seeking a motivated and qualified A-Grade Electrician with solar and battery accreditation to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, and battery storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain solar PV and battery storage systems in line with CEC standards

Carry out AC and DC electrical work, including switchboard upgrades and meter isolations

Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Energy Safe Victoria, and Clean Energy Council requirements

Conduct fault-finding, testing, and system performance checks

Work collaboratively with apprentices, installers, and project managers

Maintain a high level of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
✅ CEC Solar PV accreditation (essential)
✅ CEC Battery Storage accreditation (preferred or willing to obtain)
✅ White Card & Working at Heights (mandatory)
✅ Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules & solar standards
✅ Ability to read electrical schematics & system layouts
✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
✅ Driver's licence

✅ Valid work visa required for all applicants
