Baler & Telehandler Operators Wanted – Ballarat Region, VIC

The Role
We are seeking skilled tractor operators for round balers and telehandler operators for loading trailers and stacking bales. This role also offers the chance to work with a variety of modern machinery across hay and harvest operations.
Other work may also be available on the farm.

Key Responsibilities

• Front and rear mounted mowers
• Self-propelled MacDon mowers/windrowers
• Hay rakes and mergers
• JCB telehandlers and front-end loaders
• Bale trailers

• Operate and maintain balers (round and conventional with bale barron)
• Carry out preventative maintenance and machinery repairs.
• Operate tractors and equipment including:
  
• Assist with chaser bin work during harvest.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating balers and farm machinery.
• Strong knowledge of machinery servicing and repairs.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
