Your new role

As a Team Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to four General Managers. This temporary role (initially two months) focusses on core tasks including calendar management, travel bookings, purchase orders, and expense reconciliations. You'll also assist with onboarding and coordinate offsite meetings and site visits.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a similar administrative or team support role
  
• Strong skills in calendar coordination and travel management
  
• Familiarity with purchase order systems and expense reconciliation
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
  
• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
