We are expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our productive, cohesive, and respectful team.

Our qualified Developmental Educators (DEs) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practitioners work closely with individuals to provide holistic care that truly makes a difference and support individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals, foster independence, and live fulfilling lives.
About the Roles
We currently have multiple positions available within our Northern Adelaide houses (Sailsbury and Munno Parra areas):
Passive Night Shifts – male and female workers
Day Shifts – female worker
As a Support Worker at QB Care, you’ll play a key role in helping participants thrive within our 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. Passive overnight shifts include active hours and an overnight stay within our Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) houses.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in daily routines and activities.
Implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with participants and families.
Assist with mobility, personal care, and household tasks, ensuring comfort and safety.
Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community participation.
Maintain accurate records of support provided, ensuring confidentiality and NDIS compliance.
Uphold the cleanliness and functionality of the household.
About You
We are seeking individuals who are reliable, empathetic, and motivated to make a real difference.
You will bring:
A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Experience in disability support or a similar role (desirable but not essential).
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Additional specialised training (highly regarded) such as:
Seizure management training
Manual handling
Medication administration
Behaviour support strategies
