About the role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator / Yard hand to join our client's team in Girraween, NSW. This is a full-time position based Manufacturing facility. As a Forklift Operator / Yard hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods through the warehouse.

What you'll be doing

Operating forklifts to load, unload and move goods and materials within the warehouse

Assisting with the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods

Maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing environment

Undertaking general yard work including sweeping, cleaning and minor maintenance moving IBC Containers

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Forklift Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Forklift licence (LF)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and able to perform the required manual handling tasks
