Ballina Joinery are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced

CNC operator/ Cabinet Maker

• Full time position in Ballina NSW
• 4 and a half days a week 38 hours
• Above award rates
• Exposure to high end builders / projects
• Wages - $33-$45 Per Hour - depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to operate machinery - CNC, edge bander, panel saw.

• Small amount of manual handling to get jobs out to site.

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Read and interpret architectural plans

• Ability to cut, assemble and install all aspects of cabinetry

Requirements:

• Preferably 3 years experience on CNC and cabinet making / shopfitting / joinery qualification
• Strong understanding of cabinet making industries - high end residential, retail, commercial.
• Have experience working with various different materials - Solid timber, veneers, laminates, MDF.

• Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision and

• Current Australian driver's licence (manual transmission preferred)

• Full rights to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa)

• Own comprehensive set of tools suitable for cabinet making

• Forklift licence (LF class) preferred but not essential

• Current White Card (Construction Induction Training) or willingness to obtain
