Be part of a rapidly growing business North of the River, looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer, stand alone in this role, part of a wider finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function for our dynamic and growing workforce.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full payroll cycle for 150+ employees, including new starters, exits, and employment changes.
• Supporting the migration of employees from current system to Pronto payroll system.
• Assisting with the reset and re-configuration of Pronto, including the rollout of new features.
• Leading data governance to ensure accuracy and compliance within the payroll system.
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for payroll processes and key decisions.

About You

You’ll bring proven experience in payroll—ideally within the mining sector or a business with complex rostering. With excellent attention to detail and advanced Microsoft Office skills, you’re confident managing systems and ensuring accuracy under pressure.

Experience with Pronto and/or Xero is desirable, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.
