The salary for this position is $44 - $47 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse housing portfolio—from allocations to inspections, rent, and arrears—with care and precision.
- Support tenants holistically, guiding them through the housing journey with a focus on wellbeing, empowerment, and long-term stability.
- Coordinate property maintenance, liaising with contractors to ensure homes are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Champion compliance and communication, handling feedback professionally and ensuring tenancy processes meet legislative standards.

About You and What You Will Bring:
You're empathetic, organised and resilient, with experience in tenancy, community services or property management. You're passionate about housing justice and can balance the practical with the personal—supporting people while protecting property.
You will also have:
- Certificate IV in Social Housing or a related community services qualification (or equivalent experience).
- A current driver's licence.
- Experience in tenancy or housing management, ideally 3+ years.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act (desirable).
Checks Required:
- National Police Certificate
- Working with Children (Blue Card)
