Pearl Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Front Counter Administrator to join a busy operations team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for someone looking to step into an office-based position with training provided. It offers stable full-time hours, a supportive environment, and opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
Key Duties
• Greeting and assisting drivers, managing bookings and sign-ins
• Preparing paperwork
• Creating and processing invoices
• Using booking and invoicing systems (training provided)
• General administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, professional communication style
• Basic computer skills (training provided on systems)
• Organised and reliable with a willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Hours
• Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM preferred (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM may be considered)
