Workfast is looking for a Yard Hand to join the team our facility in Deception Bay, Queensland.

Workfast is a labour hire company working with some of Australia's largest and leading industrial, construction, and engineering companies. We operate in all states and across multiple industries. We are actively seeking a Yard Hand who Operate Forklift and have a HR License to join our Scaffolding team. You will be supporting logistics and yard operations for major scaffold and access projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift to load and unload scaffold materials
• General yard hand duties including sorting, stacking, and maintaining equipment
• Driver HR trucks to site when required.
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Ensuring safe handling of materials and maintaining a clean work environment
• Following WHS procedures and site protocols

What You Bring to the Team:

• Valid Australian HR Driver's Licence
• Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
• Prior experience in a similar yard/forklift operator role
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Reliable and safety-focused with a team-first attitude
