Our client is a wholesaler providing healthy Demeter Biodynamic & Organic Certified food and food products.

They are currently looking for an experience warehouse Supervisor to join their team.

About the Role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and implement best-practice processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance

Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals

Operations

Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch

Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes

Monitor and manage slow-moving and obsolete stock

Ensure OHS compliance and internal quality systems

Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership and team management experience in a warehouse environment

Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Current Forklift Licence (essential)
