We are seeking two experienced and motivated 2ICs to join a leading organisation in the transport and logistics sector. These positions are available across both the morning and afternoon shifts, offering excellent pay rates and the opportunity to step into a leadership role.

🔑 About the Role:

As a 2IC, you will work closely with the onsite leadership team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for supporting your team, promoting safe work practices, and maintaining operational efficiency.

This role offers additional leadership opportunities: in the event of planned leave, RDOs or absences, you will step up and act as the Team Leader.

✅ Key Requirements:
• Current LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) licences (must hold both)
• Experience required in at least one of the following areas: forklift or LO operations
• Previous warehouse experience with exposure to Work Health & Safety practices
• Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• A positive attitude and proven ability to work well in a team environment
