About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Forty Winks Ballina Team Members to join our retail store in Ballina, NSW. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and supporting the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Assisting customers in selecting the perfect products to meet their needs

Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment

Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed

Handling cash and card transactions accurately

Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales and performance targets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the home furnishings or bedding industry - not a necessity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A passion for the retail industry and a genuine interest in home products and interior design

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

A positive, friendly and energetic attitude

Flexible availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
