The Opportunity:
We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our skilled maintenance team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery and electrical systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• As the Maintenance Electrician you will conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, production lines, and equipment
• This Maintenance Electrician will troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• The Maintenance Electrician will carry out installations and modifications to plant equipment as needed
• The Maintenance Electrician will work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
• The Maintenance Electrician will maintain compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
• The Maintenance Electrician will complete required documentation and reporting of maintenance activities

About You:

• Trade qualified Electrician with a current A-Grade Electrical License (VIC)
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferably packaging or FMCG)
• Sound knowledge of electrical fault-finding, automation systems, and PLCs (Siemens/Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Day shifts
