We are seeking a talented individual to join the Stryker team as a Clinical Workflow Specialist/Informaticist. In this role, you’ll lead the deployment of Stryker’s Vocera communication solutions by designing customer-specific databases, optimizing clinical workflows, and delivering hands-on training and go-live support.

We would look at East Coast locations - someone Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne based - this role includes interstate travel.

You’ll collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care through technology, leveraging your clinical expertise to drive adoption and maximize product impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement communication workflows tailored to clinical environments

Conduct workflow analysis and propose process improvements

Deliver training for Acute Care product users and support go-live activities

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployments

Contribute to standardization of deployment processes and support new product rollouts

Represent Stryker at industry events and maintain strong brand presence

Preferred Qualifications:

Registered nurse or enrolled nurse qualifications

2+ years clinical experience, ideally in telemetry or critical care

Experience with clinical system implementations and workflow redesign

Background in clinical training and consultative roles, especially in travel settings

Passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery
