As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Accounts Manager to join our team and take ownership of the financial operations. You will play a key leadership role, helping ensure our financial systems are accurate, compliant, and well-aligned with the seasonal nature of our operations.

The Role

The role offered is flexible due to our seasonal nature, requiring you to be on-site. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounts and payroll functions, working closely with the owners, administration, orchard and packhouse managers, and seasonal workforce teams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, has a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a seasonal, fast-paced environment and can work independently.

About You

· CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential with strong experience.

· 5+ years in accounting/finance, ideally in agriculture, FMCG, or seasonal industries.

· Strong working knowledge of MYOB (or similar cloud accounting platforms).

· Excellent understanding of payroll, HR, and compliance requirements.

· Analytical mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills.

· Proactive, flexible, and hands-on, with excellent communication skills.
