Speak About Speech Pathology
Posted 12 days ago
Start Your Career With Confidence!
You’ve finally finished your degree (cue happy dance 💃) - but now comes the big leap: your first job as a speechie.
And if you’re honest, you’ve probably had these thoughts…
👉 Will I have enough support, or will I just be thrown in the deep end?
👉 What if I mess up? (Spoiler: you will - and that’s okay, we’ll laugh, learn, and keep going together).
👉 Will I be buried in paperwork with no time to breathe?
👉 What if my caseload is way too overwhelming?
👉 And… will I actually feel like I belong?
At Speak About, we get it - because we’ve all been there. That’s why we’ve built a graduate program that turns those worries into wins.
What You’ll Get With Us
Real Support - Weekly 1:1 mentoring, coaching, and a team who actually want to see you thrive.
Confidence Builders - Evidence-based and structured programs, a shared resource library and lots of observation opportunities so you can learn without the pressure of “making it up.”
Protected Time - Admin and PD time carved into your week, so you don’t spend your nights writing notes in bed.
A Team That Feels Like Family - We celebrate wins (big and small), have each other's backs on tough days, and genuinely enjoy working together.
Purpose Bigger Than Yourself - Every child you support here also contributes to projects helping kids receive education and support in Bali and Uganda.
