⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be working on real homes, not construction sites. The core of your role will be residential electrical and air-conditioning work—the kind of varied, meaningful jobs that keep things interesting and customers happy.

– General residential electrical maintenance and installations

– Air-conditioning installs, servicing, and fault-finding

– Lighting upgrades, switchboards, power points, and more

– Confidently running solo jobs and managing time effectively

– Supporting apprentices and being part of a quality-driven crew

– Delivering polished, respectful service that makes you proud of the work you’ve done

👷‍♂️ Who You Are:

You take pride in the little things—neat work, punctuality, being well-presented, and always leaving every job better than you found it.

You’ll need:

– Electrical Fitter/Mechanic qualification

– Cert II in Split System Installation (preferred – we can support the right person to gain this)

– Current driver’s licence and CPR/LVR certification

– Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and the QECM

– Professional attitude and strong communication skills

– Ability to work solo and within a tight-knit team

We’re especially keen on candidates with:

– Air-conditioning installation, servicing, and fault-finding experience

– Residential fault-finding and maintenance background

– Initiative, reliability, and a desire to grow
