The Role

This FIFO role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has a strong background in mechanical systems, and is passionate about improving equipment performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Implement reliability improvement projects/ defect elimination

Optimise spare parts strategies and lubrication schedules.

Reduce/ eliminate waste.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

3+ years of experience in reliability engineering (mining or mineral processing preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with RCM, FMEA, and condition monitoring.

Familiarity with CMMS systems and master data development.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Australian work rights are required for this position.
