Raise Recruitment are welcoming applications from Qualified Chefs with previous experience preparing meals in an Aged Care environment. We have a great opportunity to join a 60 bed aged care facility based in regional NSW for a 6 Week contract initially, with a view to extending.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals for residents, ensuring dietary needs are met.
Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld.
Manage kitchen inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in cooking or culinary arts.
Proven experience as a chef in a similar setting, preferably in aged care or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
