About the role

Coogee Common, a vibrant hospitality venue in Coogee WA 6166, is seeking a skilled Barista/bar allrounder to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and beverages to our patrons.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages to a high standard

Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience

Assisting with bar duties, including stock management, glassware handling, and cash handling

Maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Supporting the wider hospitality team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or bar attendant, preferably in a similar hospitality environment

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

A passion for coffee and enthusiasm for creating exceptional beverages

Good communication and teamwork skills
