About the role

Based at our Mackay site, this role entails day shift work from 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am – 4 pm, with overtime available and paid at penalty rates.
Pay rate $36.77 - $37.69 dependent on experience, plus a $12,000 per annum remote living allowance.
Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:
Loading and unloading trucks
Operating forklifts, excavators and loaders
Performing manual handling tasks
Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
Conducting daily checks on mobile plant
Adhering to safety procedures at all times
We are looking for individuals who value teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and who are comfortable working at a steady pace to contribute to the team's success.
Ideally you will have:
A valid forklift license
Experience operating an excavator and loader
HR truck licence, desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced yard environment
A positive mindset with a general willingness to learn
Passion for working as part of a collaborative team
