📍 Location: Yarraville (with some flexibility to cover Point Cook shifts)
🕒 Role Type: Casual, with potential to grow into a permanent position for the right candidate

About You

Enthusiastic, approachable and reliable

Previous reception and administration experience

A passion for health and fitness, ideally with basic knowledge of gym equipment

Comfortable with membership enquiries and sales conversations

Proactive and able to work independently during quiet hours

Flexible availability including Saturdays

Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to acquire)

Looking for a long-term role to build strong connections with our members and community

What You’ll Do

Greet and support members and guests

Handle membership enquiries and sales

Build strong relationships and provide excellent member care

Manage calls, admin tasks and reception duties

Assist with club social media (content, updates, promotions)

Help promote and grow the club

Keep the gym welcoming and tidy
