The Role
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on and motivated Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll be the go-to person on shift running the bar, supporting staff, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading shifts and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Motivating, training, and supporting bar staff.

Delivering top-notch customer service and building strong guest relationships.

Handling cash, stock control, and end-of-night procedures.

Upholding venue standards in service, safety, and presentation.

About You

Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience (Duty Manager, Supervisor, or similar).

Strong communication and people skills — you know how to lead a team.

Passion for bars, cocktails, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Ability to stay calm, organised, and upbeat under pressure.
