About Us
We are a small, community-focused GP clinic that has secured funding through the South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (SEMPHN) GP Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Program. This initiative expands access to allied health for patients with chronic conditions, mental health needs, and complex care requirements.

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our practice one day per week (choice of Monday, Wednesday or Friday). In this role, you will:

Work collaboratively with GPs and practice staff as part of a multidisciplinary team

Provide accessible, bulk-billed mental health services to patients

Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Developing individualised treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client

Maintaining detailed client records and providing regular progress reports to the PHN

What we're looking for

Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Psychologist, preferably in a community or healthcare setting

Demonstrated expertise in the assessment and treatment of a range of mental health conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop tailored treatment plans

Commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
