We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Specialist to join our client's Digital Technology Group, playing a pivotal role in a transformative enterprise systems integration project.

This is a 13-month contract commencing 1 December 2025 with a high likelihood of extension.

You will be working with our major infrastructure utility client on the Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) Replacement Project, designing and implementing critical integrations between Oracle Fusion Field Service and enterprise systems including Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM), GIS, and SharePoint. This is a rare opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions that enable seamless data flow across the organisation's technology landscape.

Tasks and Responsibilities of the Role

Design, build, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Field Service and enterprise systems such as Oracle WAM, GIS, SharePoint, and others

Design, develop and manage integration flows leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOA Suite technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, file adapters, orchestration, and data transformation

Collaborate with solution architects and project delivery teams to ensure integrations comply with defined solution architecture and interface specifications

Work closely with functional consultants and system owners to understand integration requirements, data mappings, and business rules

Support comprehensive integration testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and end-to-end validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability

Monitor and manage integration performance in both non-production and production environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation such as interface control documents (ICDs), integration specifications, deployment guides, and operational runbooks

Ensure integration solutions meet security, compliance, and data governance standards

Coordinate with infrastructure teams for environment setup, deployment, patching, and release management

Identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency, automation, and system interoperability across the enterprise

Stay updated on Oracle Integration Cloud and SOA Suite capabilities and best practices, applying enhancements to improve solution robustness and maintainability

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for systems integration and a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions.

You'll also need:

Proven experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Oracle SOA Suite

At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services

Experience with Oracle WAM and/or Oracle Fusion Field Service is a strong advantage

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle ERP, or other Oracle SaaS applications

Solid grasp of integration patterns, error handling, and performance tuning

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Relevant Oracle certifications (highly regarded)

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
