We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Mill and CNC Laser Operator to join our team at our modern workshop in Milperra.

What you'll be doing:

Operating and setting up CNC milling machines and CNC laser cutters.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD/CAM data.

Selecting tooling, setting feeds and speeds, and carrying out adjustments.

Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.

Working to tight tolerances and ensuring finished components meet quality standards.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 1 year experiene in CNC milling and/or CNC laser operating experience.

Ability to perform basic program edits and machine adjustments.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Team player with a positive attitude.
