Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess real estate needs, preferences, and financial considerations. Provide professional guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct and oversee property inspections, advising clients on the merits of properties and terms of sale or lease.

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for properties, including property listings and open house events.

• Identify potential properties that align with clients' criteria, conducting research and analysis on property value and potential for appreciation.

• Negotiate offers and terms of contracts between buyers and sellers, adhering to professionalism and ethical standards.

• Oversee the real estate transaction process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Manage rent collection and monitor tenant compliance with lease terms, taking necessary actions for violations or overdue rent.

• Stay informed on local real estate market trends and provide data-driven insights to guide client investments.

• Coordinate value-added services like financial arrangements, land brokerage, and conveyancing as necessary.

• Cultivate professional relationships and maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.

Desirable Qualification and Knowledge Area

• Formal qualification in Property Services or Related Field

• Current Registered Sales Representative License

• Comprehensive knowledge of South Australia Real Estate industry

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Highly motived, target-driven, and result-oriented

Desirable Work Experience

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Representative
