About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Growth Specialist to support the Leadership Team in delivering marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and driving growth through new and innovative channels.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in product launches, market research, PR, and social media marketing along with a deep understanding of halal requirements, multicultural demographics, and retail space. A key focus will be identifying expansion opportunities that do not rely on new brick-and-mortar stores, such as pop-up activations and mobile vending solutions.
This role provides the opportunity to apply hands-on marketing skills while contributing to research-driven growth initiatives that shape the future of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
Assist the marketing team in planning and executing campaigns.
Help prepare promotional materials, PR collateral, and digital content.
Support internal and external communications, including newsletters and brand collaborations.
Digital & Social Media
Manage posting schedules and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Create visually engaging content (stories, reels, and promotional videos).
Track and report performance metrics to optimise digital campaigns.
Growth & Expansion Research
Conduct demographic and market research to identify new growth areas.
Analyse multicultural community trends and halal customer needs.
Explore opportunities in service station retail, pop-up activations, and mobile vending solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to guide growth strategy.
Product & Campaign Assistance
Support product launches and menu promotions from concept to rollout.
Assist in coordinating influencer marketing, collaborations, and events.
Monitor customer feedback to highlight opportunities for improvement.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in product launches, market research, and PR collateral review.
Strong digital marketing skills including content creation, social media, and influencer engagement.
Deep understanding of halal requirements, multicultural demographics, and service station retail.
Familiarity with pop-up activations or mobile vending solutions is highly valued.
Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
Creative and proactive with a willingness to learn and grow.
